Meagan Ferguson is a Mental Performance Consultant (MPC) with the Canadian Sports Psychology (CSPA). She is the owner of Mind Matters, where she works with individuals, teams, and organizations to foster cohesive groups that are mentally prepared, adaptable, and resilient. She is also currently the Lead MPC for the Sport PEI Athlete Health and High-Performance program and an Instructor and Coordinator at Holland College in their Kinesiology program.
